Apex Legends shop has just updated for November 19, 2024, and it introduces some questioning changes to the shop, starting with Retro packs they now also grant the heirloom of the event if you unlock all the 24 collection event items and within the loot pool browser Respawn has made some change that community seem to dislike, let’s have a look at today’s shop rotation and see what has been updated

Raiders Retro + Possible Items
With the latest shop update Apex Legends shop added Raiders Retro packs for purchase which feature skins from the Raiders collection event released back in Season 11 “Escape” on December 7, 2021. Which contained Wattson Heirloom “Energy Reader” (you can read more about what heirlooms are in this post), skins from this event were following a pirate / space-themed adventure style, and players at that time really loved how the event was presented even though the Wattson heirloom was a bit of a miss but it grew on players it as time went on, for the legend that was released around the start of the game back in 2019 players just revealed the fact that she finally had received one after such a long wait.
With today’s update Apex Legends shop added the entirety of the Raiders collection event up for re-sale, which features all the 24 cosmetics from the Collection Event and you guessed it the Wattson “Energy Reader” Heirloom, these skins in no way were “exclusive” and were subject to return from the start and was also mentioned in their official blog post, and some of these cosmetics have returned to the shop multiple times since the event
But the way this event has been exhibited has made players frustrated, especially the addition of more randomness that has been added which takes us to our next topic
Possible Items
Possible Items are a new randomization category that has been introduced with this “Retro Pack Sale” The possibility item category is sneaked into the Raiders retro packs which adds more randomness to the entire pack pool, for example: It requires you to obtain 24 Raiders event items to unlock the Wattson heirloom through retro packs but these randomized “packs” add more items to the raiders retro loot pool which swaps out skins you own from raiders event to a different one.
Each Raiders retro pack costs 700 Apex Coins and unlocking 24 event items would require you to spend around 16,800 Apex Coins which would be around ($160) this is basically a re-sale of the entire event without any price cuts players receive for skins being old
Season 13 Retro Packs
For the players that were not present during the Season 13 “Saviors,” Apex Legends shop has brought back the Battle Pass skins from that event for all players to obtain which include some of the coolest epic skins and legendary skins, this might not be the best move for Respawn to add so many battle pass skins at once after their recent Battle Pass controversy
Apex Legends Shop Vivid Nights
Most amazing looking lifeline and conduit skins are now available in the shop for 2,500 Apex Coins it includes a legendary weapon skin, epic banner frame, epic banner pose, and a few extras learn more about the vivid nights store here
Unshackled Store
The unshackled store was initially released back in season 12 as part of a “thematic event” in which these skins get added to the shop after the event ends so players can craft them directly from their inventory for 1,200 crafting metals for legendary items and 800 for epic items and 400 crafting metals for rare items, but if you feel like purchasing the skins in a bundle then Apex has also made it an option with this store that includes
Recolors
One of the good catalyst recolors has also been added to the recolors section so players can unlock them for Legend tokens or Apex Coins
