Apex Legends Season 23 Leaked Buffs & Changes

As Apex Legends Season 23 “From The Rift” is just around the corner leaks regarding changes have started to surface online, Every new season has some changes to either weapons or legends to shift up the meta and make the game feel balanced and fresh for players to jump back in and enjoy. Apex Legends Season 23 will be no different let us have a look at what has been leaked early by Leakers, while keeping in mind that these are subject to change or may not even end up coming at all. Until Respawn further confirms the legitness of these changes by announcing them in their blogpost which should be coming very soon.

Ranked Matchmaking

According to Leakers, Matchmaking will receive some tweaks in Apex Legends Season 23. however, it is uncertain which and what will be changed as we could just guess until Respawns officially reveals the full details

Care Package

The Care Package weapons are usually the ones that are the hot topic of every Apex Legends Season Launch, which determines if players will be risking their match to get a better weapon or will they stick with their current loadout, and in Season 23 we will be seeing a New Care package Rotation

● Devotion LMG will be moving out of the Care Package
(The Spin Up time on Devotion will be decreased, making it faster to quickly start shooting at normal velocity)
● Havoc AR Rifle will be entering the Care Package

Rampage & Sentinel Change

Rampage and Sentinel are two weapons that use the “Charge Mechanic” which leads to them dealing massive amounts of damage in the cost of shields or other loot items
● Both of the Weapons Sentinel & Rampage LMG will have their Charged Shots amount increased

Akimbo P2020

The last hotfix was for the Akimbo Mozambique, which after the community’s outcry Respawn had to Nerf making it a bit weaker, players preferred Akimbo Mozambique over P2020 since the damage and fire rate of P2020 was not as same as Mozambique, but it looks like Respawn might have noticed it and according to leaks it seems like P2020 Akimbo will be getting buffed
● P2020 Akimbo will have its accuracy increased

Spitfire LMG Buff

Spitfire has always been a reliable weapon for players due to its big magazine size which gives player a sense of freedom to use the weapon, combining it with shield generator hop-up it becomes a spray and pray machine, Respawn seems to think it is still an underpowered weapon and there might be some buffs planned for this LMG
● Spitfire damage will be increased by +1 (18 ->19)
while on paper it may seem like an joke, however in-game the damage buff will be significant, as this gun is already quite overpowered as it is.
