Apex Legends has an upcoming event scheduled for October 15 called “Techno Terror” Event which includes an Octane legendary skin named “Nightmare Runner” which players seem to have theorized is based on a popular fictional character “Freddy Krueger”, but with the latest update Respawn seemed to have changed the color of the skin to blue and yellow, from previous indigo and red which based off “Freddy Krueger”, We will most likely not hear any statements by Respawn or EA since this skin was not sold to any players and was done before the release of the event.
