Sony is now raising the price of PS5 consoles in South Korea for the second time in 2024, the previous price increase of PS5 happened in Japan in August at which time it was increased by 20%
Sony has issued a statement that said “Due to recent fluctuations in the global economic situation, various difficulties in the business have led to unavoidable decisions”
The price of PS5 Digital Edition will be ₩598,000 ($437 USD), Price of PS5 Disk Version will now be ₩748,000 ($546 USD), PS5 Bundle with 2 Dual Sense wireless controller will now cost ₩820,800 ($599 USD), and at last the PS5 Digital Edition with 2 Dual Sense Wireless controller bundle will cost ₩670,800 ($490 USD)
